The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our growing
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the complete vehicle
buying journey while consistently achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new vehicles while achieving monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and dealership walk-ins.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate vehicle sales professionally.
• Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, pricing, and promotions.
• Work closely with the Finance & Insurance department to facilitate vehicle finance applications.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records using the dealership CRM system.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Previous automotive sales experience will be advantageous.
• Valid South African driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Computer literacy.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work weekends and dealership trading hours.
