The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive who is passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering outstanding sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell quality pre-owned vehicles while meeting monthly sales targets.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
- Follow up on enquiries from digital platforms, telephone calls, and walk-in customers.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Negotiate sales professionally while maximising profitability.
- Assist with vehicle trade-in evaluations alongside management.
- Ensure all sales administration and compliance documentation is completed accurately.
- Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities within the dealership CRM.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Previous vehicle sales experience preferred.
- Valid South African driver’s licence.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities. Computer literacy.
- Self-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
