The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive who is passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering outstanding sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell quality pre-owned vehicles while meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
  • Follow up on enquiries from digital platforms, telephone calls, and walk-in customers.
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Negotiate sales professionally while maximising profitability.
  • Assist with vehicle trade-in evaluations alongside management.
  • Ensure all sales administration and compliance documentation is completed accurately.
  • Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
  • Maintain customer records and sales activities within the dealership CRM.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Previous vehicle sales experience preferred.
  • Valid South African driver’s licence.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities. Computer literacy.
  • Self-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
